There are lots of ways to get in touch with Custom Made Web Design and for an immediate response it’s best to call our landline or mobile number – but you can send a message via Whatsapp if you prefer not to speak on the phone.
For general enquiries please contact us via email but please don’t contact us through social media because, to be honest, we prefer to spend as little time as possible on there!
Our business hours:
Our business hours are from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday and we’re closed at weekends. If you get in touch on a Saturday or Sunday we will be pleased to respond on the following Monday.

Customer service is of paramount importance to us and we’re here to ensure that your experience with our web design & hosting company is second-to-none. We’re here to help and we make sure that we respond quickly to enquiries.
You won’t find the usual fob-offs and frustrations when contacting us – you’ll find us to be a world away from the usual frustrations associated with large organisations; we’re a small business that actually cares about our customers. If we can help, we will, but if we don’t know the answer we’ll tell you. Where we’re not confident that we can be of service to you, we won’t take your money.
